Zuche

Zuche, also known as Kindi Faral, is a city in far southwestern Taizi with around 27,000 inhabitants. It is located just where Lake Bunduga gives way to the Vadu Sea, with a brackish harbour that looks across directly to Taizi's longtime enemy, Choradan. Far more militarized than most Taizian cities, Zuche has a great fortified castle, an enormous watchtower, and is home to a major Taizian naval fleet. Its architecture is a mixture of classic Omban domed structures and a much more highly fortified, militaristic component like its neighbour to the west. Zuche is very proud of the fact that it has never fallen to conquest. In times of war, the city's name and whole identity changes - it becomes Kindi Faral, after the great castle, and its citizenry turns into a formidable defensive force.
