Uklai Akhamai

Uklai (691-), known to the Lady as Lisava, is an elderly woman of Taizian descent whose father came to Nemnosti to train as a mystic almost a hundred years ago now, and whose family has strong ongoing ties to the ulajeta. While Uklai herself was an acolyte, she never displayed any inclination for training as a mystic or as a Hand, but eventually settled into a life as a merchant and importer for the cloister. Now retired, she lives and tends her gardens in a village house in Hertu where she is visited and cared for by her various relations and friends.
