Rugu Nemni

Rugu (757-) is a child, the second child of Kuspir Vabaseli and Zurusha Nemni. He is a quiet kid, especially since he has had so little contact with his mother, and is only coming to understand and accept her condition. He is given to caution and quiet, with a deep stare. He lives at Nemnosti in a house with his father and sister.
