Uvragaz (677-), known in Luetkan as Heijuvansi Uvraag, is the elder matron of the Luetkan community of Bemnes, and the only living community member to have been an adult at the time of The Blue Storm. As a youth, she was a soldier on her uncle Aathuvansi Leu's ship, and while many of the leaders of the incursions were killed in battle or executed, Uvragaz was spared due to her age and gender and sent to the Pardopasu, where she has lived her life since that time. She speaks Ombesh with a thick accent still, and while she bears no ill will to the locals of the region, she has a particular enmity for Rembes Kaisastelovis and his family.
