Ivos
Ivos is the largest city and capital of the Kingdom of Sharai, located at the northern tip of the Sharai Peninsula at the mouth of the Gusu Sea. It has around 32,000 residents and has been growing rapidly, with a focus on maritime trade. Ivos has a mixture of the stone and orthogonal architecture typical of northern coastal cities and classical Omban domed architecture. Until 727 IE, Ivos was a wealthy and important city in Omba, but with the outbreak of the Bone War, became the capital of newly independent Sharai, and the site of important naval battles during that conflict. With the definitive victory of Sharai in the Bone War, Ivos took on new importance as the cultural center of the new nation, which has been working to develop its own identity.
