Emperor of House Owl, r. 1724-1744. A historian by inclination, he hired a genealogist named Liveta Toussaint to reconstruct the genealogies of all previous emperors and empresses as far back as possible. When her research revealed that some appeared to be technically Houseless, however, it was buried and survives only in one manuscript copy in the Athenaeum's collection of banned and dangerous works.
