Vingu

Vingu is the second-largest city in the country of Omba, with around 40,000 inhabitants. Located along the Amaiz River where it meets the mighty Unuzi River, Vingu is a major agricultural and mining city that supports not only its own population, but much of the city of Omba itself. Built in classic Omban style with great domed buildings, it has always occupied a secondary role to the great city. The invasion of southern Omba by the Jegurarnathi in 751 has led to Vingu taking a much more serious military role than previously.
