The Turtu
From RocksfallWiki
Also known as the barrens or the high rocks, the Turtu is the jagged area of dry hills to the east of the Khujai River and north of the Pasu River. Largely inaccessible and difficult to traverse, it is far more hostile to life than The Ghengom, despite being at a far lower elevation; all of its spring-fed rivers have largely dried up and so the region's fresh water is largely from sparse rainfall.
