Teionea Dev'era

Teionea Dev'era is a shadar-kai on the Irrdin'errin. Appearing about 23, she is the youngest member of the Irrdin'errin, and most recently chosen, thus still finding her feet in the new environment. She is bookish and somewhat detached from reality, but then, on the oracular council, these are typically considered plusses. Already she has a reputation for powerful visions and prophecies.
