Rosem Dendorfi
Rosem (698-), known as The Chimney, is the hengi of the Dendorfi noble lineage and thus head of the great iftibal in Naftusa. Rosem is a cunning elder whose network of informants, trade partners, and kin span the entire province. Now reaching his elder years, but still regarded as highly dangerous, he has a known tension with Nemnu and Nemnosti, kept in check by a deep faith and respect for the institution of sainthood. His other main rival, the noble Sortusai clan, stands at the other end of the town. Rosem believes himself to be always motivated by the right and good, but certainly will pursue his goals using a wide range of means. Rosem has been married twice and father of six living children. His son Verga, a Voice, is the only one of his children at Nemnosti.
