Passeth Belden

Passeth Belden was a human revolutionary and priestess of the forbidden human gods, sacrificed to Vrag some 40 years ago after leading a semi-successful uprising against the shadar-kai, which resulted in many deaths and a fire that consumed a substantial part of the city. Her son Butler, then a teenager, was also captured but was 'mercifully' put into the arena instead of being killed outright. If she has any other surviving family members, they are keeping a low profile.
