Empress of House Owl, r. 2016-2023. Raised in Pearl City, her father was a cobbler, though her mother's family was descended from impoverished noble stock. She was a sorceress and rose to prominence via the Castalia. She was well-liked by the populace, and her untimely death in childbirth sent the empire into deep mourning.
