Maigharinda Halunemni
Maigharinda (659-750), also known as The Huntress, was an important and powerful hengi of the Halunemni lineage, and the granddaughter of Lovos "Root", the first hengi to assert rights under that lineage name. Under Maigharinda's leadership, several of the Halunemni moved from their ancestral lands in northern Khutu to the Pardopasu, establishing a new iftibal in Naftusa as a means of setting a direct challenge to the Crone, as they call Nemnu Ula. Maigharinda was reputed throughout the Pardopasu as a skilled negotiator and envoy who developed strong connections to the nobility of the province. Her grandson Kufun is the current hengi of the lineage, and he reveres her deeply and consults her at the temple of the Voice in Naftusa where she is interred.
