House Zorika

Once the wealthiest and most powerful house in Thantopolis, House Zorika fell on hard times after its resources were all but wiped out during the Thantopolitan Uprising. Now merely a shadow of their former selves, House Zorika wields hardly any real influence in city politics, mostly trading on what little respect is still grudgingly offered by the other houses. In the last decade a group of younger members of House Zorika have banded together to try to restore some of their clan's former glory through aggressively expanding their holdings in key businesses traditionally dominated by other houses, including alchemy and construction. So far the other houses have been less than thrilled with the initiative of this new generation.
