House Fraener upholds a long legacy of warlords, historical scholars and tacticians in their home city of Issenvik. They boast many important and influential ancestors, from statesmen to warriors to advisors. The family keeps a historical library and archive at its main estate that features tactical treatises, war histories, journals, and political manuals written by numerous clan ancestors. The library is considered by the family to be almost a living thing, routinely added to and expounded upon by each generation.
