Summary
Each with their own agendas, the party meets up at at summer festival in Goatswood. Kaia invites everyone to a dinner hosted by her brother Myron where they learn that he is sponsoring Themis of Agathos, a mad playwright who is producing a single performance of The King in Yellow. Realizing the implications of the play, the party try to come up with a plan to stop the performance.
