Elzior Miramontes

Emperor of House Cat, r. 950-986. Miramontes had no legitimate children, so he elected to legitimize and ennoble several of his ten (known) bastards. The feuding that erupted over who would be elevated threw the Empire into considerable chaos, and when the dust died down, only five of the ten were still alive, and two had 'voluntarily' joined the church. Miramontes consequently bestowed the surname of Silveira on his three remaining children, and granted the eldest, Jonvier, the duchy of Brissarthe.
Preceded by Jonas II Arguelles, succeeded by Dreux II Dyess.
