Empress of House Bear, r. 843-887. After nearly thirty years of rule, she became highly eccentric – some say insane. Lacking precedent as to how to proceed, her daughter Maressa assumed the role of Regent until her mother's death fifteen years later, then stepped aside for the next ruler.
