Akapa Sogo

The largest and fastest-growing of the upland settlements of the province, Akapa Sogo has a mixed economy of herding and farming as well as labor in and around the nearby site of Nemnosti. Its 800 or so residents have close ties both to the nearby lowland settlement of Hertu and to the provincial town of Naftusa, and often intermarry and live in those communities, linked through its location in the upper reaches of the Fantendi River.
