Colloquially known as Tit's or Tit's Place, this popular cabaret is located in Rhenea and operated by imperial princess Titania Trueblood. The club offers live entertainment, areas for dancing and carousing and a bar and drug bar offering legal intoxicants. The place is known in some circles as neutral meeting grounds and area of operation for several of the city's underworld organizations.
