Vimne (730-), known as Ephemeral and to the Lady as Olozh, originates from the city of Aikepa on the coastal Nuluan island of Jusukanvi; her family, while not nobility, serve as merchants for one of the great noble houses of the Duchy. Vimne came all the way south to Nemnosti over fifteen years ago for mystical training, and has remained here ever since, specializing in the study of ancient and modern languages, of which she speaks six well (Ombesh, Old Omban, Thu Parsh, Luetkan, Aummesh, Jultumesh) and knows several others.  Vimne is also an expert urdoche carver, a skill she acquired as a girl but has mastered here at Nemnosti.  Tall, with pale skin, her striking northern features are unusual here at the ulajeta.
