The Treaty of Lekhi was a treaty sealed by the emperor Tulures Gandachi in 47 IE along with the Heart of the Hand of the Dead, in the temple at Lekhi in southern Hasmala. It established firmly and permanently the border between the provinces of Hasmala and Omba itself, and also established the autonomy and political authority of the Hand throughout Hasmala province, subject only to the Emperor himself.
