Verga Dendorfi

Verga (741-), known as Quencher, is the third child and second son of Rosem Dendorfi, hengi of the Dendorfi clan, based in Naftusa. Verga was never an acolyte, but was assigned to Nemnosti three years ago as part of some sort of arrangement between the Voice leadership and Nemnu. The Dendorfi, having always had tense (though cordial) relations with their saintly neighbours to the west, have made various overtures to keep the peace, but are still regarded by many of Nemnu's inner circle as essentially spies for the Khutuan nobility. Verga is a competent priest, wracked with anxiety over his role and what he knows others think of him, and somewhat bitter at being excluded from a greater role here in the temple.
