The governing body of the sorcerers. All sorcerers are supposed to belong to the Watchers and are supposed to mark themselves with a blue “T” so people will know what they are. Failure to do this can result in severe punishment.
There is a group within this organization whose duty it is to search for and bring in for punishment rogue sorcerers. This group is known as the Hounds and mark themselves with a red “T”.
There are guild offices throughout the Five Kingdoms in all cities and most towns. The guild headquarters is actually about one-day travel south of Freistadt at an extinct volcano called Elsbur.
