Empress of House Cat, r. 2023-2075. It was rumoured that her younger son, Prince-Imperial Selinus, was reponsible for a series of murders that took place in Pearl City, but nothing was ever proven.
Preceded by Myrtha Taliaferro, succeeded by Dreux V Talavera.
