Verity is a human woman, age 47, with long curly black hair and dark eyes. A freed slave, and former belldancer, she is now a successful buyer, trainer and seller of belldancers. She is very perceptive, opinionated, and can have a sharp tongue with her girls, though of course she would never display it with a client. She is ultimately quite caring, though, and makes sure she only sells her girls to 'good families' who will treat them properly.
