Treaty which ended the war between the Nerathi Confederacy and Ahkas. Neither side was a clear victor, and the treaty can be seen more as an extended ceasefire than as an actual declaration of an end to hostilities. Named for the Kalashtar ruler of one of the Akhasic regions, who brokered the treaty.
