Tairasta Derteri

Tairasta (719-), known as Drywhistle, is the estranged wife of the Nemni lineage hengi, Hojon Nemni, and mother of his four children. Tairasta's marriage into the saintly clan was not fully of her own desire, but was arranged by her father, then the Derteri hengi, as some sort of transaction whose nature remains unclear but is a constant matter of argument between the two partners. Tairasta was never an acolyte and it's not clear how much reverence she truly has for Nemnu, though she keeps that to herself. For many years now Tairasta has spent most of her time in her own home in Naftusa, coming over to Nemnosti only for special events or to visit her three eldest children. Their youngest, Sepen, has taken his mother's name and has nothing to do with the Nemni anymore.
