A rather overweight fellow who was a candidate for emperor. Married to Noira Langevin, who is expecting a baby. He returned to Blackhope after being released from his period of observation. Later, Raimar and Marcau were kidnapped from their evil army's encampment and imprisoned ((by??)) the heroes.
