Nuliira is a young Shadar-kai woman, one of the few Shadar-kai members of the city guard. She is a veteran of the Psyrene War, having served with Capt. Tazenir Órecalo's infamous Blackbloods company, which was instrumental in helping her gain her current position. She attends the temple of Serpent.
