Nuliira Zauvyn

Nuliira is a young Shadar-kai woman, one of the few Shadar-kai members of the city guard. She is a veteran of the Psyrene War, having served with Capt. Tazenir do Baru's infamous Blackbloods company, which was instrumental in helping her gain her current position. She attends the temple of Serpent.
