Perhaps Diablotin’s most notorious crime figure, Izaguirre was (by all accounts) in his late thirties and from a family of the House of the Lizard with a long history of involvement in the underworld. He was rumoured to keep a large mansion in the Grand Vallon, but also several other safe-houses in different parts of the city. His genius seemed to be in rarely letting himself be obviously involved in any particular crime. Until he decided to attempt to assassinate Tristane Dizon, and was killed for his troubles.
