Perhaps Diablotin’s most notorious crime figure, Izaguirre was (by all accounts) in his late thirties and from a family of the House of the Lizard with a long history of involvement in the underworld. He was rumoured to keep a large mansion in the Grand Vallon, but also several other safe-houses in different parts of the city. His genius seemed to be in rarely letting himself be obviously involved in any particular crime.
