Emperor of House Owl, r. 1480-1499. An eccentric and erratic ruler, though not precisely a bad one. He was said to be often lost in thought, wandering aimlessly through the palace, but when confronted with decisions, he generally chose well.
Preceded by Luxinie II Vermillion, succeeded by Eleana Valenze.
