House Narkul

Winter Court nobles before the shadar-kai's self-enforced exile, House Narkul was the first of their race to return, reclaiming their station among the fey nobles who served Bael Turath. They are closest to their elduar heritage, often exhibiting greater capabilities of teleportation while retaining their hard-won mastery over shadow. Even their eladrin allies give them a wide berth, leaving their once-absent brethren at arm's length.
