A homeless man, rumoured to have once been an accomplished thief, encountered by Falke Sathin. He later turned out to be Martan Kizer, thought to have been dead some thirty years earlier. He was a womanizer and is known to be the father of Emoune Sathin, Fiodus Casavant and Althea Deverara. He took Maze Olivier, a promising street kid, under his wing. Eventually awarded the title Lord Grey by Empress Tristane for his intelligence services, he adopted Falke as his heir.
