Flavia Tiuvelin

Flavia is the assistant seamstress at Titania's Cabaret, working under the head costumer, Hettienne Murodea. She is 17 years old, rather mousy and shy, with curly light brown hair and a slight build. She is easily cowed by the glamorous and intimidating performers.
