Fineas Stra'uch is the shadar-kai high priest of Vrag, in Saraknyel. As the highest ranking priest of the city, he is nominally married to Fedra, although it is largely a ceremonial relationship, and he does nothing to interfere with her other hobbies. He's had other high priestesses before, he seems used to it. He is very straight-laced and has a cold demeanour, but he is well-respected among the SK for his wisdom and insight. He appears approximately 60.
