Empress of House Lizard, r. 1801-1825. During her reign, kobold and goblin attacks from the north continued, and several of the Empire's more northern duchies and counties were highly displeased with this state of affairs. Under her auspices Randolph Langevin was granted the title of Duke of Blackhope, and the fortress near Crowhaven was built to guard the strategically important mountain pass against incursions from the North, in which function it and its lord were largely successful.
