   * 23rd: They begin their investigation into the undead attack by checking the necropolis to confirm it as the source of the remains, and coming to the realization that their report may well have been the inspiration for this atrocity - and that therefore there may well be a leak in the chain of command. They speak to Casavant about their concerns, and learn about the existence of an artifact called the Rod of Dust. They consult with Reverend Father Caron, head of the Order of the Owl, and learn that the Rod is indeed missing from the treasury.
