Companions of Silence

Diablotin's secret police, commonly called the Hush, who operate outside the normal guard structure, and whose nominal function is to keep the criminal underworld under control. Information about their membership is not widely known.

In 2247, The Warlord made a bid to take control of the organization since her appointment, as she didn't like the idea of operatives acting beyond the reach, and outside of the control of, the government. This caused a rift in the Hush, and it wasn't always clear who is on which side. This was resolved by the removal of Nash from her position, the appointment of Martan Olivier as head of a reunified force in 2248.
