Diablotin's secret police, commonly called the Hush, who operate outside the normal guard structure, and whose nominal function is to keep the criminal underworld under control. Information about their membership is not widely known.
In 2247, Cornelia Nash, The Warlord at the time, made a bid to take control of the organization as she didn't like the idea of operatives acting beyond the reach, and outside of the control of, the government. This caused a rift in the Hush, and it wasn't always clear who was on which side. This was resolved by the removal of Nash from her position, and the appointment of Martan Olivier as head of a reunified force in 2248.
