A mysterious young woman, pretty and with a mercenary glint in her eye, rumoured about the underworld to be the mistress of Nouel Izaguirre. Later discovered to be the daughter of Martan Kizer and Elfea Rademacher, but passing herself off as a Lizard. She was a candidate for emperor, but failed the test and was kept in the palace (in the Maiden’s Tower), pregnant and emotionally unstable. She and the Empress Tristane became very close, and are raising Althea's daughter, Theonee, together.
