Aethrennar is the eladrin capital city near the western coast of the continent. It is ruled by Her Serene Majesty Alcarinel of House Brescia. The eladrin queendom is one of two established major powers still extant on the continent following the destruction of Arkhosia and Bael Turath.

The beautiful and mysterious Aethrennar is home to the eladrin houses bearing the dragonmark of Time. Its graceful spires shift between Arth and a vestige of the Feywild, providing surcease from the Change's ravages. Aethrennar also houses the headquarters of the Diplomats' Accord, whose efforts bring them all over Nerath and beyond.
