Emperor of House Ox, r. 1825-1830. Under his reign, the formerly independent river valley kingdom of Psyra (now the duchies of Psyra, Tyros, and Korytsa) was brought into the Empire when he married the heir to its throne, Princess Thyatera. When he died comparatively young, Psyra attempted to separate itself once more, but these efforts were ultimately futile.
