Nhau'kel

The literal translation of nhau'kel in Shadar-kai is "nothing", which is what most people will claim to know about the group if asked. This criminal organization is involved in illegal immigration, smuggling, drug-dealing, and defense of the Shadar-kai community against outside threats. Although they have some contacts with other criminal groups in the city, they tend to keep to themselves as much as they are able, on the grounds that if they are caught by human authorities they are liable to face more severe punishments than a human criminal would.
