Halisne hy Liirn

Halisne is a clanless Shadar-kai who came to Diablotin in an effort to start a new life. She managed to scrape together enough money to set up a small shop at the edge of the Shambles and the Shade, working as a tinker and repairer of small metal goods, only to have it destroyed by Colour Guard members. As a result she is destitute and bitter, and the temple of Serpent has taken her in temporarily to offer her shelter.
