The duchy of Sarande is situated in the middle of the southern coast of the Empire, more than a thousand kilometers south-east of Diablotin. The city of Samante is located at the mouth of a river which flows down from the mountain range to the north. To the north-east is the duchy of Creve Coeur, to the east the county of Alarches.
