History
Tsukaav is the son of Volda Oglaf and one of the older grandchildren of Verex Oglaf. He is tall and exceptionally broad of build, and since childhood the assumption was that he would follow the path of the warrior. However, Tsukaav has always been quiet and introspective, fond of feats of strength but not of meaningless violence. A few years ago, he informed his mother and grandmother of his desire to follow the path of Rull (Kord, among humans) and to pursue priestly training. His grandmother, being well-travelled, had contacts at a large temple of Kord in Issenvik, and he went there as an apprentice, with the expectation that he would return after a year. While there, however, he met a human girl of about his age, Ethessa, and they began a relationship. After his initial year of training, Tsukaav hoped to stay and extend his training so he could spend more time with Ethessa, and managed to do so for a few months, but eventually, Verex summoned him back to the caravan.
Tsukaav is physically fit and prone to training on his own, performing feats of strength in pre-dawn rituals. He is not stupid by any means, but is a man of few words and takes time to find the right ones, leading others to think him stupid, which angers him greatly. He is very competitive when it comes to being the strongest and fittest in the tribe - he's not there yet, but it is the path of Rull that he has been on for the past several years.
