Davilas Dy'ess is a shadar-kai nobleman. He appears about 27 and has pale grey hair. Davilas is among the more notorious members of the SK noble class for his cruelty and debauchery. He is openly involved with his younger sister Katya, though of course not to the exclusion of others. This is pretty extreme even by SK standards.
